Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager with a technical background in development, infrastructure, or consulting to oversee the successful delivery of projects and services for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina.

This role involves managing multiple teams, ensuring the successful execution of client projects (by following up and supporting Svitlers’ performance), and maintaining high-quality delivery standards. The position offers the flexibility of remote work.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Background in software development, infrastructure, consulting, or delivery management.
- Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with remote/distributed teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Google Workspace, Excel, and ticketing systems.
- Experience in outsourcing or outstaffing environments is a plus.Strong level of English.Nice to have:




- Experience in various software development areas, including web, desktop, mobile, and cloud development.
- Understanding of analysis requirements or business analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the coordination of 10-15 projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Work closely with clients to clarify and validate requirements for positions across various projects.
- Oversee the ramp-up and onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the projects.
- Gather regular feedback from clients, teams, and developers to measure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor team morale, satisfaction, and performance. Resolve any management issues that arise to ensure smooth team dynamics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent and effective communication at all levels.
