Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for customers post booking
- Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle from booking to possession and post-possession
- Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and requests within defined TAT
- Handle complete post-sales process including booking confirmation, ATS/Sale Deed, registration, and documentation
- Coordinate with legal team for agreement drafting, execution, and registration process
- Assist customers with stamp duty, registration, and legal formalities
- Generate and share demand letters as per payment schedule
- Track customer payments and ensure timely collections
- Follow up with customers for due and overdue payments
- Coordinate with accounts team for payment reconciliation and records
- Manage and resolve issues related to delayed or default payments
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records in CRM systems
- Ensure proper documentation including booking forms, agreements, KYC, and receipts
- Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and company policies




- Verify booking forms and ensure accuracy of customer and sales data
- Maintain knowledge of sales processes and achievement tracking
- Coordinate with sales team for booking details and customer commitments
- Liaise with project/site team for construction updates and timelines
- Share regular project progress updates with customers
- Assist customers in home loan processing and documentation
- Coordinate with banks/financial institutions for loan approvals and disbursements
- Resolve loan-related queries between customers and banks
- Organize and manage customer meetings and site visits
- Maintain robust customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and referrals
- Record, track, and manage customer complaints in CRM system
- Ensure timely resolution of complaints through coordination with internal teams
