Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Secretary to support the Owner in managing day-to-day operations, communication, and strategic coordination. This role demands professionalism, efficiency, and the ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Owner’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments

Coordinate with clients, vendors, designers, and internal teams

Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and documents

Assist in follow-ups, task tracking, and execution coordination

Organize travel plans, meetings, and site visit schedules

Maintain confidential records and important documents

Act as a bridge between the Owner and different departments





Ensure smooth flow of communication and priority management

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Management background is a plus)

2-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Secretary / Executive Assistant

Excellent communication (spoken & written) and coordination skills

Strong proficiency in:
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

High level of organization, multitasking, and time management

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Preferred Qualities

Smart, presentable, and detail-oriented personality

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-responsibility setting

Experience in interiors, real estate, or luxury segment is an added advantage
