About the Role

We are looking for a creative, fast-paced Video Editor to lead the visual storytelling for Dailies Nutrition Brand. Your primary focus will be creating high-engagement short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Ad Videos) that blends lifestyle, education, and brand identity. You will be expected to use AI-driven tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve production quality, and maintain a high volume of output without sacrificing creativity.

Key Responsibilities
- Short-Form Mastery: Edit 3-5 high-quality Reels/Shorts per week, focusing on "scroll-stopping" hooks, energetic transitions, and clean typography.
- AI Workflow Integration: Use AI tools to streamline the editing process (e.g., AI for captioning, noise reduction, B-roll generation, and color grading).
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of social media trends, audio tracks, and viral editing styles to ensure Dailies remains relevant and shareable.
- Repurposing Content: Transform long-form videos, webinars, or interviews into dozens of bite-sized, platform-specific clips.
- Brand Consistency:



Maintain a consistent visual language (color palettes, fonts, and pacing) across all video assets.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro. Strong skills in CapCut (Desktop) for fast-turnaround social media edits.
- AI Toolset Mastery: Experience with or a strong desire to master tools such as:
- Descript (for text-based video editing and AI voiceovers).
- Topaz Video AI (for upscaling and sharpening footage)
- Runway Gen-2 or Midjourney (for creating custom AI-generated B-roll and assets).
- Submagic or Munch (for automated viral captions and clipping).
- Motion Graphics: Ability to create basic 2D animations, lower thirds, and animated text overlays.
- Sound Design: Skill in choosing the right background scores and using sound effects (SFX) to enhance the viewer's emotional connection.
