Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Designing, planning, and conducting art and craft classes that align with educational standards (e.g., CBSE) and fit different age groups.
- Art Instruction: Teaching techniques in drawing, sketching, coloring, painting, clay modeling, and mixed media.
- Skill Development: Introducing color theory, design concepts, and various craft techniques.
- Classroom Management: Ensuring a secure, organized, and positive environment, including proper handling of tools and materials.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Assessing student participation, assessing projects, maintaining records, and preparing student reports.
- Exhibitions & Events: Organizing art displays, exhibitions, and preparing students for competitions to boost confidence.
- Mentorship: Fostering self-expression and identifying individual artistic talent.
- Qualifications and Skills:




- Education: A degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field (e.g., BFA, MFA, Diploma in Art/Drawing).:
- Experience: Previous experience teaching art and craft, preferably in a school environment.:
- Artistic Skills: Strong technical proficiency in various art forms and craft materials.:
- Communication: Ability to inspire students and communicate effectively with parents and staff.:
- Creativity: Passion for art and the ability to spark creativity in learners.:
- Organizational Skills: Capable of managing inventory, materials, and lesson plans.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
