Server & Infrastructure Management
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers
- Monitor server performance, uptime, and system health
- Manage virtualization environments such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and maintenance

Network Administration
- Configure and manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Ensure secure and reliable network operations

User & Access Management
- Create and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions
- Maintain Active Directory and domain services
- Implement password policies and access controls

Security Management
- Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and threats
- Manage antivirus, firewall, and endpoint protection solutions
- Implement backup and disaster recovery procedures




- Ensure compliance with IT security policies

Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Schedule and monitor regular backups
- Perform backup restoration testing
- Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans

Software & Application Support
- Manage software licenses and updates

Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network issues
- Provide technical support to employees and internal teams

Documentation
- Maintain IT infrastructure documentation
- Prepare SOPs, reports, and troubleshooting guides
- Track IT assets and configurations

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
