Banarashe is a growing womenswear label focused on creating unique, contemporary designs that go beyond traditional ethnic wear and fast fashion. We aim to build a distinct identity through strong silhouettes, thoughtful detailing, and modern aesthetics.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Fashion Design Intern to join our team in Varanasi. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in building a fashion brand and is eager to learn every stage of the design and production process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in design development, research, and concept building
- Create sketches, design sheets, and mood boards
- Support in fabric sourcing, trims, and material selection
- Work closely on sampling and garment development
- Coordinate with karigars and production team
- Assist in fittings, corrections, and finishing details
- Support in content creation (lookbooks, reels, styling, etc.)

Requirements:




- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design
- Basic knowledge of garment construction and fabrics
- Ability to sketch (hand or digital)
- Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Based in or willing to relocate to Varanasi
