Job Title: Interior Designer - Luxury Residential & Commercial Projects

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative design concepts aligned with client vision, lifestyle, and budget

Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, and detailed working drawings

Create 3D visualizations and presentations for client approvals

Coordinate with clients, vendors, site supervisors, and execution teams

Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor suited for luxury interiors

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy

Ensure timely project delivery with high-quality standards

Prepare and manage BOQs, cost estimates, and specifications

Solve on-site design challenges with practical and aesthetic solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications





Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture

2-5 years of experience in high-end residential or commercial interiors

Proficiency in:
AutoCAD

SketchUp / 3ds Max / V-Ray or similar

Photoshop / Presentation tools

Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction detailing

Excellent communication and client-handling skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualities

Eye for luxury design, detailing, and aesthetics

Solid vendor and material knowledge

Experience in turnkey project execution

Problem-solving mindset and on-site adaptability
