About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and energetic, dedicated and customer-focused Barista for the cafe and lounge at Burnout Delhi, who will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational standards in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages in accordance with standard recipes
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all beverages
- Take customer orders accurately and provide prompt service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, including workstations and equipment
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Handle cash and digital transactions responsibly
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
- Support basic food preparation when required
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations




- Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ years of relevant experience as a Barista or in a café environment
- Graduate or pursuing graduation (distance/online mode) in any field
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to work night shifts
- High level of punctuality, discipline, and hygiene standards
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and approachable personality

Additional Details:
- Food provided only (no accommodation)
- Night Shift (6 PM to 4 AM)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
