Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinatorto manage and convert leads generated through IndiaMART, coordinate with clients, and support the sales team with quotations, follow-ups, and data management.

This role is critical in ensuring fast response time, smooth sales operations, and strong customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions
- Prepare and share quotations accurately and promptly
- Follow up with customers for conversion and closure
- Maintain and update sales database / CRM
- Track inquiries, orders, and sales pipeline status
- Coordinate with the sales team and service team
- Support order processing and dispatch coordination
- Generate basic reports on leads, conversions, and pending inquiries

Required Skills:
- Positive communication skills (Hindi + English)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience in handling B2B customers




- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
- Organized and detail-oriented

Qualification:
- Graduate (any stream preferred)
- Experience: 3-5 years in sales coordination / telecalling / inside sales
- Experience with IndiaMART or similar platforms is a big advantage
