Position :Operation Executive

Location: Sector 132, Noida, India

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support our operations. The role involves coordinating with key external partners, managing administrative functions, and assisting in business development activities with local institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordination with NBFC Partners and bank: Assist in liaising with partnered bank and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) to facilitate smooth collaboration. Coordinate various cooperation matters and assist in preparing necessary documentation and materials for partnerships.

2. Coordination with Recovery Agencies: Serve as a point of contact for partnered recovery companies. Coordinate operational matters and maintain effective communication to ensure alignment on cooperation objectives.

3. Liaison with Local Authorities & Institutions: Communicate and coordinate with local regulatory bodies, including tax authorities, banks, and other relevant Indian institutions.



Build and maintain positive working relationships to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

4. Office Administration & HR Support:Manage office attendance records and oversee the posting of recruitment announcements. Ensure proper maintenance of workplace cleanliness and environmental order. Handle visitor reception and provide front-desk support as needed. Assist with the procurement of laptops, mobile phones, SIM cards and other devices or things required for development, testing (SIM binding), and office daily use.

5. Business Partnership Support:Assist in identifying and contacting potential local partner institutions. Support the coordination and execution of partnership initiatives to ensure successful implementation of collaborations.
