Job Summary:
We are seeking a Workshop Supervisor to manage daily operations, oversee technicians, ensure high-quality vehicle repairs, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and allocate work to technicians.
- Ensure quality repairs and timely service.
- Maintain workshop tools and safety compliance.
- Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle issues.
- Communicate with customers and manage service records.

Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years in an automotive workshop, with supervisory experience.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- Skills: Technical knowledge, leadership, troubleshooting, and customer handling.
