Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Tally Operator to manage day-to-day accounting entries, billing, stock records, and basic financial documentation at our Hooghly factory location.

The role requires accuracy, discipline, and the ability to handle accounting and operational data efficiently within a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Tally Operations

Handle daily accounting entries in Tally.Maintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt records.Generate invoices, vouchers, and related accounting documents.

2. Billing & Documentation





Maintain proper records of bills, invoices, and financial documents.Assist in preparing basic financial and stock reports.Ensure accurate filing and organization of records.

3. Inventory & Stock Coordination

Maintain stock-related entries and inventory records.Coordinate with factory and accounts teams regarding stock updates.Assist in tracking material movement and dispatch records.

4. Reporting & Administrative Support

Prepare daily and monthly MIS or accounting summaries as required.Support management with data entry and reporting tasks.Coordinate with internal departments for documentation requirements.

5. Operational Coordination

Assist in maintaining smooth accounting and operational workflows.Ensure timely and accurate data updates in the system.Support factory administration and backend coordination tasks when required.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Tally Operator or Accounts Assis
