Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding Allied Health Science courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Provide detailed information about hospital-based academic programs such as Physiotherapy, Radiology, Operation Theatre Technology, Medical Laboratory Technology, Dialysis Technology, and other allied health courses.
- Guide students in course selection based on educational background and career goals.
- Coordinate with academic departments, faculty members, and hospital administration regarding student requirements.
- Maintain accurate student counselling and admission records.
- Assist in organizing orientation programs, workshops, seminars, and academic events.
- Provide continuous student support regarding academic schedules, attendance, and course-related concerns.
- Ensure professional communication and positive relationship management with students and parents.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Allied Health Science, Life Science, Healthcare Administration, Psychology,



Education, or related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in academic counselling, student counselling, healthcare education, or hospital administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid counselling and convincing abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a healthcare academic environment.
- Professional attitude with robust organizational skills.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Allied Health Science courses and healthcare education systems.
- Experience in hospital, medical college, or healthcare training institute preferred.
- Good understanding of admission procedures and student management.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹10,314.86 - ₹33,392.17 per month
