This is full-time onsite role at our office in Sansad Marg in Central Delhi.

Timings: Mon-Sat, 10 AM - 6 PM

Salary: ₹30,000-45,000/month

Role overview

We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious Business Development Officer to grow our community, convert leads into program enrolments, and build lasting relationships with aspiring and established women entrepreneurs. You'll also contribute to how we market our live events — from writing copy to posting content — making this a high-impact, dual-function role.

Key responsibilities

1.



Sales & business development
- Pitch our training programs and live events to individuals, corporates & communities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and alumni
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets; maintain an accurate lead pipeline
- Screen and help hire future sales team members as we scale

2. Marketing & content
- Design posters and event creatives using Canva or similar tools
- Write sharp, engaging copy for event promotions and social captions
- Post and manage content on Instagram, LinkedIn & WhatsApp Business
- Track engagement and suggest content improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications (MBA is a plus)

2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in training, coaching, education, or creative services
