Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Communication Bridge: Acts as the primary point of contact between the buyer/buying house and the internal production team, managing all communication regarding order specifications.
- Sample Development: Responsible for developing various samples (prototypes, fit samples, pre-production samples) and obtaining buyer approval before mass production.
- Production Planning & Coordination: Creates production plans, tracks progress, and manages time-and-action (T&A;) calendars to ensure on-time shipment.
- Sourcing & Costing: Negotiates with suppliers to source fabrics and accessories (trims) at the best price and quality.
- Quality Approval: Conducts pre-production meetings, checks fabric quality, manages lab dips for color approval, and ensures compliance with buyer standards.




- Order Follow-up & Documentation: Maintains records, handles documentation (PI, LC), and tracks the status of raw materials to final shipping. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Key Responsibilities by Stage:
- Pre-Production: Costing, sourcing materials, sampling, and lab dips.
- Production: Following up on raw material arrival, ensuring production follows the schedule, and conducting internal inspections.
- Post-Production: Coordinating final inspection, managing packing/shipping, and handling post-shipment issues. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
