Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints & service calls related to cranes
- Coordinate with service engineers for quick resolution
- Maintain service reports & follow-ups
- Provide robust after-sales support
- Update service data in system
Required Skills:
- Good communication (Punjabi / Hindi / English)
- Customer handling & problem-solving ability
Qualification (mandatory)
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
