- About The Role

We're looking for a Principal UX Designer to be one of the most senior and impactful designers in RX's UX organisation. This is a hands-on product design role. You will be embedded in product teams, designing end-to-end across research, concepting, prototyping, and high-fidelity delivery while also operating at a level above execution, helping shape how excellent design gets done across the organisation.
- As a Principal Designer, you will tackle the most complex and ambiguous design problems RX faces, bringing strategic thinking and deep craft to challenges that require more than a standard design process. You will contribute to RX's design system, helping maintain quality and consistency across the portfolio. You will mentor and raise the capability of other designers,



and partner closely with the Head of UX to continuously improve the team's ways of working.
- You will actively explore how AI tools and capabilities can be applied to RX's products and design workflows, helping the Head of UX build a smarter, faster, and more effective design practice. You will report directly into the Head of UX and serve as a key strategic partner in shaping the direction of the design organisation.
