About the Role

Mondial Kommunications Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Associate to support our communications and content team. This role is ideal for someone with 0-1 years of experience who enjoys content writing, ideation, and social media content creation.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and managing social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X
- Write engaging and platform-appropriate social media copy
- Support the team with content ideation and brainstorming
- Create basic social media creatives and content assets using Canva
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms
- Track trends and support day-to-day social media activities

Requirements:
- 0-1 years of experience/internship in social media, content or creative writing




- Solid content writing and communication skills in English
- Creative thinking and ability to contribute ideas
- Basic content creation/design skills on Canva (mandatory)
- Understanding of social media trends and platforms
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn

Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or other design/editing tools
- Familiarity with reels and short-form content creation
