We are now looking for a talented Sous Chef / Jr. Sous Chef to join our growing culinary team and help shape exceptional dining experiences every single day.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting in managing end-to-end kitchen operations and daily service




- Leading and mentoring kitchen staff to maintain performance and efficiency
- Ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality across all dishes
- Managing inventory, food costing, wastage control, and kitchen SOPs
- Supporting menu innovation and seasonal culinary development
- Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
- Coordinating with service and management teams for smooth operations
- Taking ownership of kitchen responsibilities in the absence of the Head Chef

What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Sous Chef / Jr. Sous Chef in premium restaurants, lounges, hotels, or hospitality brands
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Passion for contemporary cuisine and modern kitchen culture
- Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food costing, and inventory systems
