Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage computer laboratory systems and equipment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Provide technical support to students and faculty during practical sessions.
- Monitor lab equipment, networking devices, and peripherals.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the laboratory.
- Maintain records of lab assets, attendance, and maintenance activities.
- Assist in conducting practical examinations and academic activities.
- Coordinate with the IT department for system updates and repairs.
- Ensure uninterrupted internet and network connectivity within the lab.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Sc IT / B.E. / Relevant Technical Degree
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and software installation.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
