Job Title: Injection Molding Machine Maintenance Technician
Department: Maintenance / Production
Location: MIDC waluj, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar
Experience: 3+ Years Preferred

Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection molding machines.
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
- Maintain machine efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Check and repair heaters, sensors, motors, valves, pumps, and control panels.
- Ensure proper lubrication and machine calibration.
- Maintain maintenance records and daily reports.
- Support production team for smooth machine operation.
- Follow safety rules and company procedures.

Required Skills:




- Knowledge of injection molding machines and auxiliaries.
- Basic understanding of hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.

Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

Preferred Industries:
Plastic Manufacturing / Automotive / Packaging Industry.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹11,879.32 - ₹25,000.00 per month
