About the Role

We are a growing company building digital and AI-powered solutions for clients across the UK, US, and Europe. We are looking for a smart and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Indore.

This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development who is ready to take initiative and go beyond routine tasks. You will be responsible for driving outreach, bidding on projects, managing client conversations, and supporting expansion into key global markets.

If you are ambitious, proactive, and willing to put in extra effort, this role offers strong opportunities for growth, ownership, and leadership. You will actively contribute to client acquisition, lead generation, and pipeline management across platforms such as LinkedIn and Upwork.

Key Responsibilities
- Bid on relevant projects on Upwork and similar marketplaces to ensure consistent deal flow
- Manage end-to-end client interactions, from initial outreach to onboarding
- Maintain and optimize company profiles on Upwork, LinkedIn, and other platforms




- Qualify leads, understand client needs, and build strong relationships
- Track sales activities, follow-ups, and maintain a structured pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and handoff
- Share market insights to improve outreach strategies and pitch quality
- Stay updated on digital and AI trends to effectively position services
- Take initiative and actively contribute to company growth

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience with Upwork or similar platforms is a robust advantage
- Basic understanding of digital/tech services or willingness to learn
- Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to go beyond standard work hours when required
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and grow
