Key Responsibilities:1. Admission Counseling & Student Enrollment
- Manage the complete admission counseling process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Effectively communicate the school’s value proposition to prospective parents.
- Handle daily leads, follow-ups, and inbound inquiries to maximize conversions.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost admissions and retention.
- Participate in admission events, open houses, school fairs, exhibitions, and off-campus promotions.

2. Branch Operations & Center Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the playschool, ensuring smooth functioning.
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing queries and concerns.
- Manage staff, including teachers and daycare personnel, ensuring high performance.
- Monitor fee collection and ensure timely reporting to management.
- Conduct teacher hiring, onboarding,



and training sessions as required.
- Plan and coordinate orientation programs and workshops for students and parents.
- Mandatory: Prior experience as an Admission Counselor or Branch Head in a playschool or early education setup.
- Strong English communication skills with a qualified and persuasive approach.
- Ability to multitask, handle responsibilities independently, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Passion for early childhood education and student engagement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
