Earthfit Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced General Manager - Project Sales to lead and drive large-scale project-based business opportunities. The role requires a strategic leader who can develop new markets, build solid institutional relationships, and manage the complete lifecycle of project sales.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Project Acquisition
- Identify and develop large project-based sales opportunities across corporate, institutional, and government sectors.
- Develop strategies to expand the company’s presence in project-driven markets.
- Lead negotiations and finalize high-value project contracts.
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of project opportunities.
- Guide and mentor the sales team to improve project acquisition and closures.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, institutional buyers, consultants, and key decision-makers.
- Represent the company in strategic meetings, negotiations, and partnerships.
Proposal & Project Structuring
- Oversee preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
- Ensure alignment between client requirements and internal capabilities.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with operations, implementation, and leadership teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Project Sales / Institutional Sales / B2B Sales:
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing large projects:
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to handle complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
