Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach pattern making techniques including drafting, draping, and grading
- Instruct students in garment construction, sewing, and finishing methods
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and practical projects
- Guide students in using tools, sewing machines, and industry software
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated with current fashion trends and industry standards
- Assist students with portfolio development and project work

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field
- Solid knowledge of pattern making and garment construction
- Proficiency in tools like sewing machines, cutting techniques, and finishing
- Knowledge of software like Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW (preferred)
- Good communication and teaching skills
- Industry experience is an added advantage

Experience:
- 3-5 years of teaching or industry experience preferred
