Role Overview

Befikr is hiring a senior operations and quality leader to build and run a scalable delivery engine for its Electrical and Energy Audits business while also overseeing the separate Solar Installation Audit vertical.

This position is best suited for a technically solid, process-oriented leader who can combine field execution discipline with quality governance, team capability building, and systems thinking.

Position Summary

The Head - Operations & Quality will own end-to-end operational planning, quality assurance, technical review discipline, delivery governance, and continuous improvement across the electrical/energy audit and solar installation audit verticals.

Reporting Structure
- Reports to: Co-Founders
- Direct reports: Audit operations team, quality reviewers, technical coordinators, field audit leads, and future vertical quality personnel as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of audit assignments across electrical, energy, and solar audit verticals.




- Review manpower deployment plans, audit schedules, site visit calendars, and turnaround commitments.
- Monitor assignment progress, bottlenecks, dependencies, and delivery risks.
- Ensure timely closure of projects with proper documentation and internal sign-off.
- Drive productivity, utilization, and capacity planning across teams.

2. Quality Assurance and Review Control
- Establish and manage a formal quality management framework for all audit deliverables.
- Review field observations, readings, calculations, root-cause logic, recommendations, and final reports before client submission.
- Define quality checkpoints for pre-audit preparation, field execution, technical review, reporting, and client closure.
- Track rework, report errors, missed observations, and client escalations, and ensure closure through CAPA.
- Lead root-cause analysis for repeat quality failures and implement systemic improvements.
