Job Opening: B2C Voice Process - Australian Solar and Heat Pump Campaign ⚡

Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi-110034
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Shift Timing: 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM (Australian Business Hours)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (5.5 Days/Week)
- Weekly Off: Sunday (fixed off)

Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound B2C cold calls to generate qualified leads and appointments

Engage with Australian residential & business clients and make them aware about the product and services

Maintain accurate call records and lead tracking

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets consistently

Work collaboratively with internal teams to align on campaign goals
- Minimum 6 months experience in any international B2C/B2B voice process/ Freshers are also eligible with good communication skills




- Solid verbal communication and persuasion skills

*Proven ability in lead generation and appointment setting
- Ability to work in a performance-driven environment aligned with Australian time zones

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: For Experiences: Depends on last withdrawn salary and experience

For Fresher : Starting from Rs.15,000

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentive structure

One-way cab (within hiring zone) and Meal provided

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
