Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee regional sales and business development activities.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of regional teams.
- Develop strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular market analysis and identify business opportunities.




- Ensure smooth coordination between regional teams and management.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor field operations and ensure team productivity.
- Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions.
- Recruit, train, and guide team members for business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Operations, or Regional Management.
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Telugu and English (mandatory).
- Ability to manage multiple locations and travel within the region.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
- Target-driven and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in managing regional sales teams.
- Robust understanding of local market dynamics.
