Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare machine programs and part settings for laser cutting operations
- Plan and schedule production work for 2 days in advance
- Handle and manage 2 labour/operators efficiently
- Prepare costing and quotations for customers
- Generate challans and maintain production documentation
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for billing and document transfer
- Follow up with customers for payment collection
- Ensure smooth machine operation and production workflow
- Maintain quality standards and timely job completion
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Laser Cutting Machine operations
- Knowledge of machine programming and nesting/settings
- Basic understanding of production planning and costing
- Positive coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage manpower and production activities independently
