We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Factory Supervisor to oversee our daily production operations and manage our end-to-end inventory lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Oversight
- Supervise daily factory operations to ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently.

2. Inward & Outward Logistics
- Stock Inwards: Verify incoming raw materials against purchase orders; inspect for quality and quantity before offloading.
- Stock Outwards: Coordinate the picking, packing, and dispatch of finished goods to ensure timely delivery to clients..

3. Inventory & Stock Maintenance
- Maintain real-time accuracy of stock levels for both raw materials and finished products.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits (cycle counting) and reconcile discrepancies with digital records.

4. Team Leadership
- Assign tasks to floor staff and monitor performance.
- Provide on-the-job training and ensure the team is motivated and productive.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in factory supervision, production management, or warehouse operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
