About the Role

We’re looking for a Google Ads Expert who understands not just campaign setup—but how to drive real business outcomes.

At White Bunnie, we don’t run ads for clicks—we optimize for pipeline, leads, and revenue, especially for Local Business, B2B, IT, SaaS, and high-intent local businesses (US markets).

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube):
- Manage campaigns across multiple geographies (US, UK, AU, India):
- Drive high-intent lead generation (calls, forms, inbound enquiries)
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping:
- Optimize for CPL, ROAS, and conversion rate improvements:
- Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, call tracking):
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audience segments
- Work closely with SEO & CRO teams for full-funnel optimization:




- Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights (not just reports)

Must-Have Skills
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads:
- Strong understanding of:
- Search & Performance Max campaigns
- Bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, Manual, etc.)
- Audience targeting & remarketing
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking setup:
- Proven ability to reduce CPL and improve conversion rates:
- Solid analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making

Good to Have
- Experience in B2B / SaaS / IT services campaigns:
- Exposure to US local service businesses (home services, remodeling, etc.):
- Understanding of landing page CRO & funnel optimization:
- Experience with Microsoft Ads (Bing):
- Familiarity with CRM tools like GoHighLevel
