One World International School is seeking an energetic and experienced Swimming Coach to train and mentor students in swimming techniques, water safety, and overall fitness while promoting sportsmanship and discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct swimming coaching sessions for students across different age groups and skill levels
- Teach swimming techniques, strokes, breathing methods, and water safety practices
- Plan and organize training schedules, practice sessions, and skill assessments
- Ensure student safety and maintain discipline during pool activities
- Prepare students for inter-school competitions and swimming events
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Coordinate with school administration regarding pool maintenance and sports activities
Requirements:
- Certification in Swimming Coaching/Lifeguard Training preferred
- Minimum 2-5 years of coaching experience in schools or sports academies
- Solid knowledge of swimming techniques and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and student management skills
- Passion for fitness, sports development, and student engagement
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
