Job Summary

Procain Consulting & Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Operations Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations and drive organizational excellence through process optimization, automation, and employee-centric initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for payroll management, statutory compliance, HRMS administration, performance management automation, OKR implementation, succession planning, learning and development, and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in HR operations, HR technology platforms such as Greythr,



and performance-driven culture transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations and Process Management
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, reimbursements, Full & Final settlements, and employee documentation.
- Ensure effective administration and optimization of the Greythr HRMS platform.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and process frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Drive HR process automation to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.

2. Payroll, Compliance and Statutory Management
- Lead monthly payroll processing in coordination with finance and business teams.
- Ensure accurate payroll inputs, salary revisions, incentive processing, and statutory deductions.
