Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain RERA Consultancy Services.
- Maintain and update the customer database.
- Follow up with leads and ensure customer queries are addressed.
- Provide clear and concise information about our services.
- Forward qualified leads to the sales team for further processing.
- Record and maintain call feedback and responses.
- Fluency in Telugu is preferred.:
- Minimum 6 months of tele calling or customer service experience (Freshers can also apply).:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Minimum Intermediate (12th pass) or Graduation is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Word.
