Role Purpose

Build the scientific and formulation engine for both the Gleuhr skincare brand and the clinic chain. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from consumer and clinical insight through formulation, testing, regulatory, and launch. Define and continuously upgrade the clinic service menu and treatment protocols, and anchor the brand's derma-led scientific credibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development for skincare SKUs: insight → formulation → stability and efficacy testing → regulatory → launch. Define and govern clinical protocols, treatment SOPs, and the service menu across all clinics. Build derma-led scientific credibility for the brand — clinical studies, KOL panel, claim substantiation. Own the product roadmap and sequence launches by category strategy, gross margin potential, and clinic-brand synergy. Manage formulation partners,



contract manufacturers, contract labs, and regulatory consultants. Partner with the Brand Head and Clinic Business Head on positioning, claims, pricing, and rollout. Set up R&D; infrastructure, IP processes, and dossier discipline for India and export markets. Build and lead the R&D; team: formulation chemists, regulatory, clinical research.

Success Metrics / KPIs
- New SKU launches per year vs. plan. Time-to-market on new products. Gross margin on new launches. Clinical efficacy data per launch. Repeat rate on new launches (90 / 180 days). New clinic service launches and adoption rate across the network.
