Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging soft skills training programs for students.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the progress of the students.
- Provide personalized coaching and feedback to students to enhance their soft skills.
- Monitor and report on student progress and outcomes to the management team.
- Create a positive learning workplace and encourage student participation.
- Work closely with the client’s team to align training content with student needs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in soft skills development and training methodologies.
