Scope: Full P&L; of the skin clinic chain — currently 8 clinics, scaling further

Role Purpose

Own the full P&L; of Gleuhr's skin clinic chain. Drive same-store sales growth, new center economics, doctor productivity, and customer lifetime value. Build the SOPs, training architecture, and operating cadence to scale the chain to its next milestone of cities and centers.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the clinic chain P&L; end-to-end: revenue, margins, EBITDA, and capex efficiency. Drive same-store sales growth through service mix, pricing, doctor productivity, and customer journey design. Lead new center expansion: site selection, build-out, ramp-up, and payback management. Build and continuously upgrade SOPs across reception, doctor, counsellor, and clinic operations functions. Own customer experience and LTV — retention programs, package economics, follow-up and recall discipline. Manage and develop doctor talent — recruitment, training, productivity, and retention.



Partner with the Product & R&D; Head on service menu and protocol rollout. Build a training academy, audit function, and operating reviews to keep all clinics on standard.

Success Metrics / KPIs
- Clinic revenue growth (YoY). Same-store sales growth. EBITDA per clinic. New center payback period. Customer LTV and repeat visit rate. Doctor utilization and productivity. Net new clinics opened vs. plan.

Profile & Experience
- P&L; leadership experience in a multi-unit services or retail chain. 12+ years overall, with proven multi-location scale-up experience. Hands-on familiarity with new center playbooks, unit economics, and ramp-up management. Robust operating instincts — SOPs, audits, training, customer journey — alongside commercial discipline. Comfort working in a founder-led, fast-evolving environment.
