At ARULA for Autism, we are building a movement focused on transforming the lives of children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences through parent-led, home-based intervention models.

We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and proactive Researcher to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online and offline research related to:
- Autism
- Child development
- Neurodevelopmental conditions
- Therapy approaches
- Parenting support systems
- Healthcare and education sectors
- Collect, organize, and summarize research findings.
- Assist in creating reports, presentations, and knowledge documents.
- Research potential collaborations, institutions, doctors, organizations, and corporate partnerships.
- Support content and strategy teams with accurate information and data.
- Stay updated on trends, studies, and innovations in autism and developmental care.

Requirements:




- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong internet research and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Attention to detail and ability to organize information clearly.
- Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, and presentations.
- Passion for social impact, healthcare, psychology, education, or child development is a plus.
