About the role:
We are looking for a performance-driven marketing professional to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. This role is focused on campaign performance, user acquisition, and driving measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
2.Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CPA/CPI, ROAS, conversions, and engagement metrics.
3.Monitor daily campaign performance and continuously optimize for better results.
4.Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copies.




5.Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
6.Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
7.Coordinate with design/content teams for ad creatives and campaign execution.
8.Prepare performance reports and track key metrics.

Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Ads.
2. Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
3. Understanding of paid marketing KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
4. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
5. Positive communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
