Role Overview
This role is focused on driving output, efficiency, and shop-floor execution in the injection moulding department.
Unlike a quality-focused position, this is a core production role where your responsibility is to run machines, manage manpower, and achieve daily targets with maximum productivity and minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of daily production targets
Plan shifts, allocate machines, and ensure output is achieved
Ensure maximum machine uptime by coordinating with maintenance
Optimize cycle time, material usage, and machine efficiency (OEE)
Manage shop floor manpower - operators, helpers, supervisors
Ensure smooth mould, color, and material changeovers
Monitor rejections & regrind usage from efficiency perspective
Maintain discipline, safety, and workflow
Track production MIS, downtime, and efficiency reports




Work hands-on with machines when required

What Makes You a Fit
Minimum 5+ years of real shop-floor experience
Strong understanding of running injection moulding machines
Ability to handle production pressure, breakdowns & targets
Skilled in manpower handling and execution
Problem-solver who can identify and reduce wastage

Technical Skills Required
Hands-on experience in machine settings & parameter tuning
Knowledge of plastic materials like PP, ABS, HDPE
Experience in cycle time reduction & output improvement
Understanding of hot runner / cold runner systems
Basic knowledge of automation, pickers, conveyors
