About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and articulate Domestic Telecallers to join our team. As a telecaller, you will play a vital role in connecting with clients, exhibitors, and visitors, ensuring smooth communication and promoting our trade exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential exhibitors, partners, and visitors.
- Provide detailed information about upcoming trade exhibitions and events.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups.
- Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
- Support the sales and marketing team by generating leads and scheduling appointments.




- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through courteous communication.

Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
