Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Write customized and high-quality proposals based on client requirements.
- Communicate with clients, understand their project needs, and coordinate with the internal team to deliver suitable solutions.
- Maintain and update lead tracking sheets and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly bidding and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Upwork bidding,
lead generation, or online sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, or digital marketing.
- Ability to write persuasive proposals and handle client queries confidently.
- Goal-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Time management and multitasking abilities to work effectively during the assigned shift.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with other platforms like Freelancer, Fiverr, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Prior experience in a software or IT service company.
