We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Outbound Voice Team as Technical Support Agents. In this role, you will proactively contact customers who have reported technical issues and provide effective troubleshooting and resolution support. Your primary objective is to diagnose problems accurately, guide customers through solutions, and ensure complete satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding reported technical issues
- Actively listen to customer concerns and diagnose root causes accurately
- Provide explicit, step-by-step troubleshooting guidance
- Ensure customers understand and successfully complete troubleshooting processes
- Use internal tools and knowledge resources to resolve issues efficiently
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams
- Conduct follow-ups to confirm issue resolution and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Requirements:




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Patience and composure when handling frustrated customers
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical certifications are an advantage

- Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred
