Job Title: QA Tester

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and clarification
- Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios
- Perform functional, regression, and data validation testing
- Validate backend data using SQL/MySQL queries
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman
- Identify, log, and track defects through resolution
- Work closely with developers to ensure timely bug fixes
- Participate in test planning and test strategy discussions
- Ensure overall product quality and adherence to requirements

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SQL/MySQL (queries, joins, data validation)
- Basic understanding of APIs and API testing




- Hands-on experience with Postman or similar tools
- Experience in requirement gathering and analysis
- Positive understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills for stakeholder interaction

Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in QA/testing roles
- Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla)
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments is a plus
- Basic understanding of development workflows

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹226,442.22 - ₹400,000.00 per year
