Production Supervisor

Experience: 0-1 Year (Freshers Welcome)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising daily production activities on the shop floor
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
- Maintain quality standards as per company and industry requirements
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Prepare daily production reports and maintain records
- Identify process improvements to increase productivity
- Support senior supervisors and managers in operational tasks
- Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Strong basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Understanding of machines, tools, and production workflow
- Skills Required:

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹11,099.57 - ₹24,291.87 per month
