Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hostel operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to hostel rules and regulations
- Monitor entry/exit of residents and visitors
- Ensure safety and security of all hostel occupants
- Handle resident grievances and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain attendance and occupancy records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance staff
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of the hostel
