Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 24/7 patient care in wards, ICU, and emergency.
- Conduct initial patient assessment, history taking, and clinical examination.
- Monitor patient condition and maintain daily progress notes.
- Handle emergency cases and stabilize patients.
- Assist consultants during rounds, procedures, and surgeries.
- Prescribe medications and order necessary investigations.
- Coordinate with nursing staff for patient management and care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Communicate with patient relatives regarding condition and treatment.
- Follow hospital protocols, infection control, and medico-legal guidelines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
