Job Title: Academic Counsellor / Admission Executive (Fresher Welcome)

Location: Vijay Nagar (Work from Office)

Timings: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Salary: Up to ₹10,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: 06-1 Year (Freshers can apply)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a energetic and confident Academic counsellor/admission executive to guide students and convert leads into admissions. The role involves handling student inquiries, explaining course details, and assisting them in choosing the right career path.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from leads (Justdial & other sources)
- Explain course details, fees structure, and career opportunities
- Schedule demo sessions and counselling meetings
- Follow up with interested students and convert them into admissions
- Maintain and update lead data in Excel or CRM
- Assist in admission process and coordination

Required Skills:




- Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling tools)
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach

Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate / Pursuing Graduation
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
- Interest in sales/counseling/EdTech preferred
- Telecalling / BPO / Sales background (preferred but not mandatory)
- Confident, presentable, and energetic
- Comfortable handling student and parent queries
