Nursing Staff (ANM / GNM / B.sc Nursing) - Job Description

Nursing Staff are responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting doctors, and ensuring smooth clinical operations in hospitals or clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Check and record patients’ vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, etc.)
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed
- Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures
- Provide wound care, dressing, and basic nursing support
- Maintain patient records and nursing notes
- Prepare and sterilize medical instruments
- Monitor patients’ condition and report any changes to the doctor
- Follow infection control and safety procedures

Required Skills:
- Good patient-care and communication skills
- Basic clinical knowledge and emergency handling ability
- Basic computer knowledge for record updates

Qualification:
- ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery) / GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) / B.sc Nursing:
- Valid nursing registration
- Experience preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
